Return Policy

What is your return policy?

We have a 100% guarantee of satisfaction. For any reason if you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you may return them for a prompt refund or exchange. Unless otherwise specified, customers are responsible for all shipping charges including taxes and duties to and from our facility. Merchandise must be carefully packaged and secured, shipped prepaid by courier service of your choice. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages, so we recommend using a traceable shipping method. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed to all credit card orders that are returned. No returns will be accepted for international shipments. If however the return is a result of our error, you received an incorrect or defective product or product that has manufacturing fault report us within the 15 days of the invoice date, We will pay the return shipping costs and happily exchange the product for you. 

FINE HUB reserves the right to determine if instrument is not damaged and is merchantable. Products that are purchased from FINE HUB and returned after the 15 Days Return Period will be subject to a restocking on Behalf of Customers , Countries , Total Orders

 

FINE HUB will not accept returns on:

Custom made instruments

Damaged, Abused, and Sterilized instruments

Sterile and Disposable products

Light sources

Sterilization Trays

Cannulas 

 

How to return?

To validate our Warranty Policy for your particular item. Subject to prior approval, Follow the 3 steps below to return merchandise to us:

Please be prepared to provide us with the following information:

Step 1: Before returning any product to us, call +92(315)7121471 or email us at finehubophthalmics@gmail.com to request an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). Please have your original invoice number available when calling. If you prefer, you may also Chat Live with a customer service representative by clicking on the live help button above.

Please be prepared to provide us with the following information:

-Your Name

-Your Company Name

-Order Number

-Product number to be returned

-Condition of product/s to be returned

-Reason for return request

 

Step 2: Once you receive the Return Merchandise Authorization number from us, clearly mark your RMA number on the return package. This will make it easy for our warehouse personnel to identify your return and process your order in a timely manner.

Step 3: Mail your returned items to the address given by our returns department.

The goods associated with your Return Authorization must be post-dated within 7 days of Return Authorization issuance.



Conditions of Incorporation

·         These conditions shall apply to the Contract to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, including any terms and conditions which the Customer may purport to apply under any order (including the Order), confirmation of order or similar document or in any correspondence.

·         No variation to these conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by an authorized representative of the Company.

·         The Contract constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Customer with respect to the Goods and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings between the parties. The Customer acknowledges that it has not relied upon any statement made orally or in writing by the Company, its employees or agents to the Customer, which are not expressly incorporated into the contract.



Ordering

 

·         Each order (whether submitted by telephone, fax, post, email or electronic ordering system) shall be deemed to be an offer by the Customer to purchase the Goods pursuant to these conditions. The Company may, at its complete discretion, refuse to accept any Order.

·         The Customer shall be responsible to the Company for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any Order (including the description of the Goods ordered).

 

 Samples and Free of Charge Goods

·         For the avoidance of doubt, where no order is placed and the Company provides Samples, to familiarize the Customer with the goods, as part of a sampling program or where the Company provides Free of Charge Goods to the Customer as part of a clinical trial or compassionate use program these conditions shall, to the extent applicable, apply to such Samples and Free of Charge Goods.
